I create additional value for my customer`s projects using design.
My main motivator is the question: "How does it work?".
Design is one of the few professions that answers this question. Each new project requires the study of a new area, business processes, customers and market, which leads to the growth of the knowledge base and as result creativity - a combination of previously acquired knowledge.
Being attracted to the tech industry since I was young I went to study Software Engineering at a local college while doing small design projects for myself and learning tools. After graduating I continued my software engineering study at Lviv Polytechnic National University but soon decided to focus on a design career.
Started as a freelancer I had a chance to work in multiple business fields from t-shirt design to AI projects, creating visual experiences for my clients and for their clients including brand design, promo videos, SMM assets, UI/UX, etc. you can find some highlights of a 9-year journey in portfolio section.
2013 - Freelance
I started to work on the freelance website called Workzilla mainly doing small tasks like creating banners. Naturally, after gaining experience and grinding my rating on the website I moved to more complex tasks working closely with the business owners launching new projects or refreshing the current ones. At some point I was in TOP-50 freelancers on the website.
Having built a client base I moved from the website and continued to work directly with my clients helping them to grow their businesses and developing new skills as designer.
2019 - INNOVATICX LLC. "Strike Pros"
A US company with an office in Lviv, Ukraine. At that time team was developing Strike Pros - a next-level laser tag game with unique weapons that can connect to the app on the smartphone and the ability to stream on Twitch. I joined the team mid-development as a motion designer and worked on instructional videos, website animations, promo videos and other design-related work.
2020 - Fast Rewards LLC.
After finishing the Strike Pros project the team moved to work on the new project called Fast Rewards - an in-app loyalty system for small businesses. On this project I was responsible for the whole design including UI/UX, Graphic/Motion design as well as doing quality assurance (testing apps & website).
2020 - Hola X
Hola X - an experimental affiliate program for Hola VPN that allows influencers to get commissions from the user purchases made with an affiliate code/link.
2021 - Blix Inc. "BlueMail"
BlueMail is a multiplatform email app that allows millions of its users to manage an unlimited amount of email accounts at once. I joined the project as a graphic designer and throughout my time in the company UI/UX and motion design were added to the list of my responsibilities.
